What Determines Wholesale Evil Eye Bead Prices
Wholesale evil eye bead prices vary far more than most buyers expect. Size, colour, finishing and order volume each move the number. Here is how each factor works, and how to compare two quotes so you are actually comparing the same thing.

Two suppliers quote you for evil eye beads and the prices are 30% apart. Before you assume one is overcharging, it is worth understanding what actually drives the number. In glass beadwork, almost all of it comes down to four things.
Size is the biggest factor
A bead is made by working molten glass by hand. A 25 cm piece is not ten times the work of a 2.5 cm piece — it is considerably more, because larger pieces take longer to shape, longer to cool, and fail more often during production. Size alone can move the unit price by a factor of thirty across our range.
This is why comparing quotes without fixing the exact size in centimetres is meaningless. Always quote size first.
Colour and finish
The classic navy blue model is the standard. It is produced continuously and usually held in stock, which makes it the cheapest and the fastest to ship.
Anything else — white, turquoise, single colour, two colour, glittered or printed — is made to order. That means a dedicated production run, and the price reflects it. It also means a lead time rather than immediate dispatch. If you need a specific colour, tell your supplier early and expect both a small premium and a wait.
Finishing adds up
A bare bead is one price. The same bead with a cord, a thick cord or a magnet glued to the back is another. Each of these is manual work added after the glass is finished, so each one adds a fixed amount per piece.
None of these additions is expensive on its own, but on a 2,000-piece order the difference between a bare bead and a corded one is a real number. Decide what your customer is actually buying before you add finishes you do not need.
Volume, and what it does not do
Larger orders bring the unit price down, but less dramatically than in most industries, because this is handwork rather than machine production. Doubling your order does not halve your cost. What volume really buys you is scheduling priority and a better shipping rate per unit, which is often worth more than the discount itself.
Comparing two quotes properly
Build a landed cost per unit for each quote: goods, plus freight, plus duty, plus import tax, divided by pieces. Then check three things that quotes often hide. Is the size identical? Is the colour a stock item or made to order? Is the quoted weight the gross shipping weight or just the product weight?
A supplier who cannot answer those three questions clearly is either a reseller who does not know, or is hoping you will not ask.
Where we sit
We manufacture in our own workshop in Istanbul and sell directly, which removes one margin from the chain. Our minimum order is 500 pieces and it can be mixed. Export invoices are issued VAT free, and EU shipments can be sent with an A.TR certificate so no customs duty applies.
Send us the sizes, colours and quantities you are considering and we will give you a firm price with the shipping cost to your address.
