Most first-time buyers ask the same two questions: how few can I order, and how long will it take. Both are reasonable, and the answers tell you a lot about whether a supplier is set up for small professional buyers or only for container loads.

What a minimum order is for

A minimum order exists because preparing a production run, packing a shipment and issuing export paperwork costs roughly the same whether you order 100 pieces or 5,000. Below a certain point the overhead per piece makes the order pointless for both sides.

Our minimum is 500 pieces. Importantly, that is 500 pieces in total, not 500 of one item. You can mix sizes, colours, keychains, bracelets and decorative pieces inside the same 500. For a shop testing a new category, that flexibility matters far more than the number itself.

The one exception: made-to-order colours

Classic navy blue is produced continuously and normally held in stock, so it ships from what is on hand. Coloured, glittered and printed variants are different — they are produced for your order specifically.

That has two consequences. First, a very small quantity of an unusual colour may not be viable on its own, because it still requires its own production run. Second, the lead time is longer. If a specific colour matters to you, ask about it before you build your order around it, and we will tell you honestly whether it is in stock or needs producing, and how long that will take.

What to confirm before you order

Put the specification in writing and you remove almost every source of disappointment. Confirm the size of each item in centimetres, whether the beads are perforated or not, the finish (bare, cord, thick cord or magnet), the packing method, and the total gross weight and box dimensions.

Weight and dimensions matter more than buyers expect, because your freight quote is built on them. A supplier who cannot give you those two numbers immediately is not the one packing your goods.

We also send photographs of your order before it leaves the workshop, so you see the actual goods rather than catalogue images.

Lead times, honestly

For stock items, the time between confirming an order and handing it to the courier is short — a matter of days for preparation and packing. For made-to-order colours, add production time, which depends on the quantity and on what else is running in the workshop that week.

Then add transit. Express air freight from Istanbul reaches most European destinations in two to four working days; economy services are cheaper and slower. We give you the production date and the ship date separately so you can plan around real numbers rather than one optimistic total.

Private label and custom production

If you want your own packaging, hang tags or labels, that is agreed before production starts. The same applies to a specific colour palette or a model built to your own design — we can schedule custom work into the production plan, and it usually makes sense once you are ordering regularly.
